Refunds
- Payments made for consulting sessions or services already rendered are non-refundable
- Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis before service commencement
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing
- Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly
